ENQUIRY DATA & SITE STORAGE
Privacy & enquiry data
This page explains what is stored when you use the catalogue and send a sourcing enquiry.
Details you submit
The enquiry form collects the company, email, destination and sourcing requirements you choose to provide, along with your selected stocklots and requested quantities. These are stored as private records accessible to the website administrator.
What happens when you submit
Your request is saved in this website’s administration area for review. A reference is displayed after a successful submission. The form does not initiate an automatic email confirmation, a payment or a marketing subscription.
Saved items in your browser
Saved stocklots, comparison selections and enquiry-list quantities use your browser’s local storage so they remain available when you visit another page or refresh. These lists do not require an account. Clearing your browser’s site data removes them.
Questions about an enquiry
Use the contact form if you need to correct or request removal of enquiry details. Include the enquiry reference when available so the matching record can be located.
